Prob nothing bad. : Especially since it seems to come and go. The fact that it flares with your period is also reassuring in that cancers don't usually 'flare' , they just keep growing steadily. Have you seen a surgeon. ? If not get in to see one for evaluation. A biopsy will confirm the area is benign.
