Sounds like...: ...The cyst got larger--this can happen "overnight", often accompanied by significant breast pain. This can be easily confirmed by an ultrasound +/- needle aspiration; drawing the fluid out can almost-immediately relieve the pain. Please call the doctor who ordered your mammogram--they will either want you to come in or refer you directly to a breast center or breast surgeon.

The cyst: may have increased in size. See your doctor, a needle aspiration may be helpful to eliminate the cyst.
