As per gm doctor's advice he takes akt 4 tablet kit from 8th july 2014 and still continue, but fever, dry coughing, body tiredness still not stop?

Febrile illness: There are many possible explanations for the cause of this illness, but it would need a full detailed history, physical exam and labs and imaging studies to diagnose. Have no idea what is in AKT, but it sounds as if you need a diagnosis rather than treatment. See an internist or infectious diseases expert.
