Everything?: You certainly have something. Certainly sounds viral. In your age group would suspect Influenza and mononucleosis. Testing for both is imperfect. In the first week of illness the common test for Mono misses 25% of the cases.... Repeat testing may be indicated for prolonged symptoms.
