Was diagnosed with covid on 14th december and was able to recover at home. have been fine just had some fatigue until friday evening when i had a fever of 38.7. saturday had body aches and headaches. and today still headaches and cough. covid again?

COVID 19: I agree with Dr. Singh. It is not likely that you have a reinfection so soon (even a different strain is doubtful).
