Where to find more info about being vegetarian?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Be discerning: To start, be aware that the big studies over the past decade have shown no differences between vegetarians and omnivores in longevity or any category of disease. Non-supplementing vegetarians are often seriously sick with deficiency diseases that shouldn't exist anywhere. They also have the moral high ground. It can be a safe and scientifically sound choice, but there's lots of junk out there.
