Yes: The human diet is naturally a plant-based diet. Some animal products like eggs are also highly beneficial. Saturated fats are even ok in moderation when derived from plants like coconut oil. Animal saturates are more inflammatory. So a diet of 80% and 20% animal is likely the best human diet. A vegetarian who eats eggs and dairy can acquire all the essential nutrients a human body needs.
