Read on: So many say the are vegetarian and don't eat meat eggs ot fish.I do think a veg diet can be very healthy but it does take work. U have to add to ur diet protein like beans, add green leafy veg. Grains and legumes. At every meal every day and a lot of them , too many just eat more carbs. Get some books. And read them this diet can be very healthy but very detrimental if done wrong. Good luck.

Nutrition: You have to be careful to get good quality protein (that's what is usually deficient in a full vegan diet). If you mean "vegetarian" is "not eating beef/meat, " then fish, poultry and diary products will supply proper protein. Be sure to discuss your diet with your doctor to set up a good meal plan & to monitor for deficiencies that may pop up.
