i have hsv1 on my genital area the sores are healing but as i wipe i notice pinkish blood and it smells like old blood will this smell go away?

Vaginal odor: Assuming that the odor is from the HSV lesions the answer is yes. That also assumes that the bleeding is from these ulcers. If this persists please go and get examined and make sure nothing else is going on. Best wishes.
