I had a sore in genital and i did the culture test. it was(-)and the blood test hsv1(+)and hsv2(-)but i'm already have cold-sore. what dose that mean?

Herpes simplex: It means that the source of the genital ulcer is not clear. The negative culture makes it unlikely that it was due to hsv, and since you already have recurrences of cold sores you were previously infected with hsv-1.
