Brand-name Concerta: Is given 1 hr. Before academics. It peaks ~ 6 hrs. & wears off ~12 hours. Emotional lability at 10-12 hrs. Is likely "rebound" that may ? with ?'ed dose. Both side- effects (while med is working) & rebound often respond within ~ 4 wks. To adding intuniv, that works 24/7. Changing to vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) may be needed. Generic Concerta 's effects vary; it's not the same delivery system. Talk to his doctor.

Stop: Not clear, but stop the omegas and see if it clears up. Even 'natural' products may have side effects.
