A 21-year-old male asked:

sir, what is the last age of height increasing? can height increase after 21 in males. can any hgh supplements work on height after 21?

21-22, very rare, no: Most men stop growing between ages 18-20 though there are rare cases of growing at 21 and very rarely at 22. But the odds of growing after 21 are quite small, as usually the growth plates of the bones have closed. Once the growth plates have closed then HGH can not help to increase height. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b73LhEoLzoQ for rare cases of late growth spurts.

Creatine: It's safe and it works if you are doing resistance training and eating plenty of protein. I hope you will not try Anabolic steroids -- though they work, most users who are not members of the extreme bodybuilding culture are very sorry in the long run. The others are probably ineffective.

Lypo-Spheric C: Until recently i would have said most vitamin c is created equal, but a relatively new formulation called lypo-spheric c is much better absorbed and can cross cell membranes better. See http://www.Livonlabs.Com/ it is pricier than other forms of c, but if you are motivated you can make your own liposomal vit c at home: see http://www.Quantumbalancing.Com/liposomalc.Htm.

After searching on their web sites, I can tell anyone who is interested that Lypo-Spheric C does not contain ANY vitamin C. Sodium ascorbate sold as "vitamin C" is not vitamin C and does not have all the components of complete vitamin C. It may be digested easier, but will not help your health or well being. The same is true for most ascorbic acid and sodium acetate products sold in the USA.
