Magnesium deficiency: Most Americans are low in magnesium. It can vary from one person to another up to 8 fold how much magnesium a person needs. I recommend following label directions and increasing by one dose per night until 8 doses or loose stool. If you get to loose stool, consider that one dose too many. Most people only need 2 or 3 doses per day, and it could be taken all at bedtime.
