A young healthy person needs no supplements if on a healthy diet and leading a normal life. Supplements are unregulated and some even dont have what they claim to have. Yes taking extra testosterone can be hazardous to your health. Pl dont fall for spurious claims. Eat healthy and stay well.

What makes you think this stuff will boost your testosterone. It may make you feel better through a placebo effect.
