Home treatments: Usually allergy related so I usually start them on Claritin (loratadine) or Zyrtec and apply saline gel or Vaseline in their nostrils to prevent them from drying out. If there is a visible source to the bleeding u could take him and they could cauterize it in the office with silver nitrate. If that doesn't work u should see ent. He also need to stop picking his nose if he is doing that
