Swallon lymph node under right ear with ear ache. no fever or sore throat.

ENT: It is hard to guess what you have & if what you are feeling is really a lymph node but it is possible you may have a condition know as mastoiditis. See an ear,nose and throat specialist as soon as possible to make a diagnosis and give you treatment. Good luck.

Check: Maybe an ear infection or the lymph node itself is infected / inflamed.

Middle Ear Infection: It's likely you have an inner ear infection otherwise known as "otitis media". You should see a doctor for antibiotic prescription.
