Very small yellow round cyst like swelling right above/attached the right tonsil. had a head cold before this appeared, looks like it is filled with soft material/mucus? no fever, no swelling of lymph nodes and sore throat has cleared. virus?

If those are benign collections due to the possibly viral infection they should improve and resolve within the next 5-7 days. You should see an ENT doctor if they get bigger or persist until next week.
