Foot Pain: At this age she would need to be examined and her symptoms reviewed by her pediatrician to determine possible cause. Some likely possibilities come to mind - look for plantar warts or sores which may cause discomfort. If she has a high arch and is jumping about for long periods of time, she may have a common "heel spur" pain. It would be best to have her checked. Wish you well.
