Otherwise well?: Is your daughter otherwise well? Normal gait? Well and active without pain during the day? If so, likely growing pains which are nothing to worry about. A muscle cramp is another possibility. Treatment for both is a little tlc and massaging of the area. If any other symptoms, see pediatrIvan.
