A podiatrist or dermatologist can help you get rid of these fast and get the kid back out to play. Compound W and similar products are seldom effective in the hands of most parents.They take weeks/months to work.

Wart: Most wart disappear on their own but does take few years for this . Certain warts can be painful if they are on pressure areas of hands and feet . Ointment containing salicylic acid can be tried.Otherwise GP can try freezing them with liquid nitrogen can be tried too.
