Salicylic acid: Most warts will eventually spontaneously resolve; therefore, treatment is not always necessary. Associated pain is a common reason for treatment. Over the counter topical salicylic acid is the first-line treatment.

Seek help: My experience with these at her age is such that waiting will not do much good. It can take years for these to self destruct while most git bigger and more painful. A podiatrist or dermatologist can help you get rid of these fast and get the kid back out to play. Compound W and similar products are seldom effective in the hands of most parents. They take weeks/months to work.

Topic freezing spray: You can purchase freezing spray that will kill the virus in the epidermal layer of skin, and reverse the plantar wart's progress, may take a few treatments to shrink the watt to a removable size

Wart: Most wart disappear on their own but does take few years for this . Certain warts can be painful if they are on pressure areas of hands and feet . Ointment containing salicylic acid can be tried.Otherwise GP can try freezing them with liquid nitrogen can be tried too.
