Imaging tests: only tell part of the picture. There is something abnormal there, but what's needed is an actual sample of that under the microscope to see what it really is. Both cancer and TB can have symptoms like that. Of course the treatments are totally different, which is why the next step is a biopsy to figure out what to do next. Hope things will be OK lang...
