It can- see your MD: You should see your md, have yourself checked properly, get further testing- blood works and an imaging on the abdomen/pelvic area at least. It could be cluster of symptoms from a condition or they could be separate problemssome cancer-either blood or solid cancer-like kidney cancer- can give you the above symptoms-however other causes-eg- infection/vasculitis/autoimmune should be considered too.

Not likely.: Although anemia is a sign of some cancers, like colon cancer, other things can do this. This collection of signs and symptoms seems like some sort of infection and/or an allergic reaction. I would advise a visit to your doctor as soon as possible, and get a careful physical exam to make sure nothing acute is going on, like possibly appendicitis, which can have high neutrophils.

It could...: But can also be due to a ton of other medical problems. Do not diagnose yourself or look for an online diagnosis please. Nothing can substitute a good evaluation by a live physician. Best to you.
