I had three troponins drawn in a 12-hour period and they were all 0.06 and normal is 0 to 0.05. I had chest pain and sore calf but they ruled out a pe and a DVT and EKG showed left atrial enlargement with poor R wave progression ? Was it heartattack?

What is the DVT pain like in the leg? Does it come and go or is it constant? Recent Doppler scan was negative for DVT. On BC for 2 year Have been having aching/burning pain in back of right calf and on thigh for ~2 weeks. No swelling or discoloration
Tight/crampy/pain calf, inner knee & thigh. Doc examined leg and said she didn't see anything that would suggest DVT. What else could it be? Back of knee was sore when doc examined. Feels worse when sitting for a while. Had it for a few days. Thanks!
