A member asked:

I've noticed now aside from milk, the times i get horrible cramps and diarrhea is when i eat something sweet like cake or cookies. why is that? (ibs)

Sugars or gluten?: Do cramps happen with unsweetened foods made with flour? If so, could be gluten sensitivity. Do cramps occur if eating homemade cookies with cane sugar? If not, you may incompletely absorb fructose, as in high fructose corn syrup. The short answer is that sugary foods aren't very good for anyone, and maybe your body is trying to tell you that. Best wishes!

R/O celiac disease: Your symptoms could be attributed to celiac disease which is sensitivity to gluten found in grains (wheat flour). You should see your PCP for further evaluation as it can be diagnosed preliminarily by blood tests.
