I have been experiencing this condition for some months now. abdominal fullness, bloating, burping, cramp and diarrhea. and comes mostly early morning at times with a feeling of nausea and vomiting. really very irritable. could it be ibs or gas?

Yes, however: The duration of your symptoms ( few months) suggests alternate diagnoses as more likely and having workup for your symptoms would be recommended. Best would be to start with your primary care doc for an exam. Keep a log of your symptoms, type of food, weight changes. IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion and a variety of other conditions will have to be ruled out first.
