Which is the best medicine to overcome anxiety and panic disorders?

Anxiety : There is not one "best" medicine alone to help with anxiety. Everyone is different and some medications work better for one individual as opposed to the same medicine for another. There are classes of medications that are used to help with anxiety. You and your physician should monitor your symptoms to find the right medication(s) for you to help. Many find therapists helpful for anxiety.

Anxiety Management: Hi the best way to overcome anxiety is THERAPY in addition to meds. medicines help but therapy with meds is best combination. of meds, SSRIs (if Celexa (citalopram) not working well, try another in this class) then SNRIs are best suited for long term management of anxiety. would suggest staying away from benzodiazepines - cause dependence in general - this is on a case by case basis of course. see a doctor.
