Sertraline, it may: Zoloft (sertraline) may be helpful with anxiety. Take the medication as prescribed as it may take a few weeks to show some benefits and may need titration as well. Be sure to continue to get regular dr. Appointments and follow-up exams. Therapy may be very helpful too in conjunction with the medications. Best wishes.
