Echo: You are showing signs of heart disease. I presume you had some symptoms that prompted the echo. The docs will probably want additional testing and/or they will want you to get a cardiac cath test to visualize the heart vessels that may be clogged. Follow up as directed by the cardiologist. If you are not on it, I would start aspirin 81mg one per day.

Heart damage: Work with your cardiologist to reduce your risk of further heart damage. Cholesterol, smoking, blood pressure are all issues of concern. Cardiac problems are often a cause of depression - ask your doctor to consider anti-depression medication if you need it
