I had an echo stress done , report shows this ischemic changes 1.5mm of downsloping st segment depression in leads ii, iii,avh,and v$,v5 ??

Echo: You are showing signs of heart disease. I presume you had some symptoms that prompted the echo. The docs will probably want additional testing and/or they will want you to get a cardiac cath test to visualize the heart vessels that may be clogged. Follow up as directed by the cardiologist. If you are not on it, I would start aspirin 81mg one per day.
