I had an echo stress done , report shows this ischemic changes 1.5mm of downsloping st segment depression in leads II, III,avh,and V$,V5 ??
Chest pain. Ecg showed down sloping st depression inferior leads very small ste avL myocardial ischemia. Sensitive troponin 14. Stress echo=negative. Cp continues. Doc says don't worry about chest pain prob anxiety. Am sure not anxiety. Now what?
Can stress trigger chest pain? Short of running to the ER each time, are their different presentations between anxiety related and ischemic related?
I went to the cardiologist bc of an abnormal ekg saying inferior ischemic. The cardiologist ekg was normal but he wanted echo and stress test to make sure. It been 3 days. If he saw something wrong like heart failure would he let me know right away?
