Stress test is positive for exercise inducted ischemic heart disease. what does this mean?

Positive stress: A stress test is generally done to determine if heart disease symptoms are related to actual heart disease. Sometimes people at risk for heart disease, but being prepared for stressful procedures like surgery, will have a stress test done. If a stress test suggests ischemic heart disease, generally, further evaluation, like a heart cath, should be done to confirm its presence.
