Beta HCG: A viable pregnancy should have a doubling of the BETAHCG every 48 to 72 hours on average however there is a huge variation in normal hcg levels for individual pregnancy. So it will be difficult to say what type of pregnancy you have.

Need another value: Did they check your progesterone lately? Not necessarily an ectopic. And you would need another beta repeat in 48 hrs from the 753 to be able to know more re: type of pregnancy.
