Anti-histamines: I would say it is very unlikely that the common difficulties with embryo transfer are caused by any anti-histamine use.

Some female patients may receive antihistamines during procedures to prevent allergic reactions. In contrast, decongestants are usually contra-indicated. It is always best to check with your doc re: any meds or supplements.

Not Likely: The most common reason for an embryo not to continue development is a genetic anomaly. We now also have to look at epigenetic factors such as is the DNA code readable when it is needed. We've not really helpful tests to determine when these factors play a role after transplanting an embryo that has been tested for genetic anomalies with CGH.
