TSH???: Hi. The normal range...CAN BE PERFECTLY NORMAL. Without seeing a TSH, I can't tell you. And even seeing a TSH, there is a tiny subset of hypothyroid patients who are hypothyroid not on the basis of thyroid disease, but of pituitary disease; their labs require a much differ mindset for interpretation. NO ONE would diagnose hypothyroidism without seeing a TSH!
