Follow labs: Hi. If your thyroid labs are normal now, they may stay that way, or they could become abnormal (in either direction). I'd check TPO and thyroglobulin antibodies to see if there's any evidence of thyroid autoimmunity, and follow the TSH & free T4 every couple of months for a few sets, then periodically or based on symptoms thereafter. Any family history of thyroid disease? Good luck!
