To Lose weight: I commend you for your desire to lose weight. See your Physician for Balanced Diet with protein, carbohydrates, less Fat, Minerals, Vitamins and Anti-oxidants with 1500 Cal/day; gradually decreasing, Daily Exercise including Weight lifting; push and pull movements of the muscles; and Stress Management. Do not be impatient. Set goal of losing 1-2 lbs/week. Feel good about your achievements.
