To Lose Weight: I commend you for eating healthy. Walking at normal pace at least 3-4 hrs per day is exercise. It will help to lose weight. Let wise Woman within you • Be Easy on yourself with less expectations •Feel good about making your muscles move with walking. •Start slow, gradually increase the pace •Do stretches and Yoga •Tone up your muscles •Have small goals of weight loss of 1-2 lbs/week
