Do not: Squeeze a pimple. Use either of the available acne treatment and avoid comedonic creams or lotions and see a dermatologist. Gets better with age

Infecting deeper: By pushing the infection deeper into the tissue you risk blood borne infection and sepsis. This is why doctors advise no popping or pinching these skin lesions!
