Not a pimple: Your podiatrist or dermatologist will need to see it. It is most likely not a pimple, but either a fungus infection or a type of dermatitis. If the doctor cannot identify it, they can perform a simple procedure in the office to determine what it is.

Not a pimple: May have been athletes foot infection and by pooping it you spread it. Try using topical antifungal or see a podiatrist for treatment.
