Edema: Generally the clear fluid that leaks is one of two things: either it's edema (swelling) from the trauma of the pressure or it's fluid from inside the cells that have ruptured. Either way it's an indication that you're applying too much pressure to "pop the pimple". It is not generally recommended to squeeze acne. The pressure can actually cause the infection to go deeper or lead to scarring.
