Not helpful: Almonds themselves will not help you lose weight, but eating a handful of them instead of candy or sweets can be helpful. To lose weight, eat healthy-- more fruits and vegetables and less carbs, exercise regularly. Good luck!

Well...: Almonds do not produce weight loss... A balanced diet and exercise do.
