Healthy diet: Reduce the number of calories you consume, eat a healthy diet and you will loose weight. Even if you do not like excercise it will keep,your body healthy. Find an activity that you enjoy doing.

Diet: well balanced diet with cutting potions. @1200 calories a day. Exercise is also important so find a fun activity you enjoy doing to get your exercise.
