Epilepsy: The best way to loose weight is by adequate diet and exercise. Make sure you do not have other conditions like diabetes or hypothyroidism (low thyroid). If you have epilepsy make sure that that type of exercises you are doing are safe for you. Check with your doctor to see if you are able to ride a bicycle or swimm as those exercises should be restricted in patiens with poorly controlled seizures.
