Eat more and...: This is a surprisingly common problem that gets little sympathy. The first step is to eat more, but it is still important to avoid unhealthy foods (like deep-fried foods). Nuts are a good source of calories & grains tend to cause weight gain. You might have problems with digestion/absorption so consider a digestive enzyme. Make sure you aren't hyperthyroid. Consider working with a holistic doctor.
