Hematuria: RBC in urine can occur in UTI setting but one would have WBC in urine, also. RBC can appear from bladder polyps, bladder irritation, menses in female, and from kidney stones and from a kidney problem, such as early glomerulonephritis. Was protein present? Ibuprofen also can cause hematuria. Stop it.
