Urine ph is greater than 9, feel like i have uti, but no bacteria, wbc or rbc.

How do you know pH?: If someone has done a urinalysis on you, they should have an idea of whether the urine is very dilute which could make it hard to see bacteria and cells. Such a high pH certainly suggests infection with a particular bacterium. If you do NOT have a UTI, a vaginal infection could cause some of the same symptoms.
