Unlikely: If you haven't missed a period (regular flow bleeding) then it's unlikely for you to be pregnant. Frequent urination, headaches, and fatigue are non-specific and might not even be related to UTIs or STIs or preganncy, but to know for sure, get tested! It's an easy appointment and you DON'T even need to have a pelvic exam. Consider getting birth control while you're at it!
