Good side effects: If you are medically 'ok' to exercise ( no heart disease etc.) then 40 min of regular ( daily) moderately vigorous exercise will lead to 'good' side effects if you continue this regimen; including blood pressure reduction , better endurance,better sex and overall sense of 'well- being'( less periods of depression ) among many!
