A COVID 19 test is recommended and if you had an infection the radiographic findings may indicate resolution of pneumonia. The vascular congestion and your cardiac condition should be evaluated by your Cardiologist. A cardiac ECHO may be indicated. Continue to watch for signs of shortness of breath, dizziness and please discuss how much/often you should exercise with both your PCP and specialist.

The “no focal airspace consolidation” means there is no sign of an infiltrate process, like acute pneumonia. It appears you have “mild” prominent blood vessels in both lungs. It is difficult with this description to say the reason for this finding so seeing your cardiologist to review this x-ray is a good first step. A CT scan of your chest may be helpful to get a closer look a the blood vessels.
