Ask your dcotor: Ideally you should ask the doctor responsible for the leep. I'd allow a woman to start 6 weeks after leep assuming 1) no complications and 2) the leep pathology didn't dictate additional treatment afterwards.

After Normal Pap: I usually tell patients to wait 3 months to ensure a normal pap after her leep. This ensures no residual disease, gives a chance to evaluate the cervix directly, & ensures no cervical stenosis or persistent lesions. This way, there's less of a chance of dysplasia during a pregnancy.
