Seek a referral to a genetic counselor, because you're of (that horrid term) "advanced maternal age" & your hubby may be of "advanced paternal age." add in a 3-generation family history on both sides & the fact that ivf itself increases risk for autism & make an informed decision.

LEEP: Leep may potentially affect fertility if it affects the production of cervical mucous. In cases where there is no specific finding for the inability to get pregnant then fertility promoting strategies could be used. Your doctor should be able to discuss different treatment options with you.
